Justine M. Kingham, AIA, is a sole practitioner providing architectural and interior design services to residential and commercial clients. She has practiced as an architect for more than 30 years, and has worked for the renowned architectural design firms of Hurley Robertson in London and Swanke Hayden Connell, Keyes Condon Florance, and John Carl Warnecke in the United States. Her work ranges from the design of new construction for all sizes of houses to the total renovations of historic and residential properties. Based in Washington, DC, from 1986-1990 and 2006-2014, her office recently relocated to Alexandria, VA.
Working on your behalf, Justine will help you to identify a feasible design program that will suit your functional and financial goals. Her training in architecture, architectural history and art history make her sensitive to a variety of styles so that she is able to work within the context of your existing environment. As a sole practitioner, she gives her attention to all stages of your commission, which assures you a consistently high quality of design, construction documentation and construction administration.
